Application Guide

A PSD file with separated parts is required.
If the PSD file is not delivered within 10 days of the specified date, the commission may be declined due to slot scheduling.The work process and the final result may be uploaded to social media (X, Artstation, Youtube).When using the commissioned work, please credit @Hwado_62.The publication date can be specified.
Additional fees may apply after a certain period.
Permanent non-disclosure is not available.Only the final model file (.moc3) will be delivered.
The source project file (.cmo3) will not be provided.

Payment & Refund

Payment will be made via Paypal.The reservation fee is 10% of the quoted price and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
To confirm your application, the reservation fee must be paid within 24 hours after the quote is provided.If the reservation is canceled due to the artist’s personal circumstances, a full refund (100%) will be issued.Work will begin after 50% of the quoted price has been paid.
Installment payments are available, and the final deliverable will be provided after full payment is completed.Once the work has started, refunds are not available.
