Application Guide

🔹If the parts separation is insufficient, the illustrator may be asked to correct it, or additional parts separation costs may be incurred.
🔹If the PSD file is not delivered within 10 days of the specified date, the commission may be declined due to slot scheduling.2️⃣ The work process and the final result may be uploaded to social media (X, Artstation, Youtube).3️⃣ When using the commissioned work, please credit @Hwado_62.4️⃣ The publication date can be specified.

Payment & Refund

Separate pricing applies for corporate or MCN-affiliated creators.Payment will be made via Paypal Invoice.
The listed price does not include PayPal fees.The reservation fee is 10% of the quoted price and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
To confirm your application, the reservation fee must be paid within 24 hours after the quote is provided.If the reservation is canceled due to the artist’s personal circumstances, a full refund (100%) will be issued.Work will begin after 50% of the quoted price has been paid.
Installment payments are available, and the final deliverable will be provided after full payment is completed.Once the work has started, refunds are not available.
